 Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping:

Our U.S. Shipping is Free for all products to all destinations within the U.S.  No minimum purchase required!

Most of our items are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Orders are usually delivered within 2-10 days by USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground. Some exceptions apply and delivery times for those items are noted in their item description. Custom made items are usually delivered in 2-3 weeks.  

If the item you order is unexpectedly out of stock or will take more than 10 days or more than the item's stated delivery time to be delivered, we will notify you asap by email and will give you an approximate delivery date.

We will email you the tracking number once your purchase ships.

Please Notify Us before your purchase if you need your items in less than 10 days. We'll do our best to meet your request. There will be an additional charge for rush orders if Expedited Shipping Service such as Express Mail is required.

 

International shipping: 

International Delivery is usually 7-14 business days.  For shipments outside the U.S.,  please email us for shipping rates.

International Customs Charges: All Buyers Outside the U.S. Please Note: Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges (Typically Collected Upon Pickup or Delivery) are the Buyer's Responsibility and are Not Included in the Item Price or Shipping Charges. Please Check with Your Country's Customs Office Prior To Purchase to Determine What These Additional Costs Will Be.

All International orders are final once shipped; any damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.  International deliveries that are not accepted for any reason - including non-payment of customs and duties fees - will be returned to us and all of our expenses in shipping and returning the items as well as 50% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund for the purchase. 

 

Return Policy 

As soon as your order is delivered, please inspect your items carefully. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting pictures if there is any damage to your order. 


Replacing Damaged Items: We will quickly take care of any damaged items in your order. A digital picture of the damage will be required to validate the claim. All pieces are inspected for quality at the time of shipping, but if a flaw has been missed or if damage to an item occurs during domestic shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the item. We will then gladly replace the defective or damaged item with the same style at our expense. We will pay for your return shipping if required and will not charge you any fee. Items will not be refunded. Item must be received by us within 5 days of return approval. 

After 24 hours of receipt, Affordable Elegance Bridal can not accept claims for damaged items.

All International orders are final once shipped; any damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Returning for Credit or Exchange: We want all of our customers to be more than happy with their accessories. But in the rare case that you are not, we will accept a return of your headpiece or jewelry purchase for store credit. The credit will not expire and may be gifted to someone else if you wish. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your item and we will send you complete return instructions. If you wish to exchange your item, we will process the exchange with your store credit once we receive your item in return. 

Details:
 
--Contact us at malinda@affordableelegancebridal.com for return instructions within 5 days of receipt of your order. This date cannot extend past the stated event date on your order. A return label will be sent to you by email for your convenience.
--Return must be made within 5 days of contacting us. 
--Items returned must be in brand new, unworn condition and must have all packaging and tags attached and fully intact. If an item is returned in less than brand new condition with all tags, no credit will be given.
--Store credit will be issued once we have inspected the return and will be less our original actual shipping costs to ship the order to you, less the cost of the return shipping label we email to you, and less a 10% restocking fee.
--As a small bridal boutique, we are not able to accommodate the purchase of multiple items to try them on and return all but one. If you are unsure of which accessories to choose, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you style your bridal look.
--Because of their nature, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on wedding veils, stoles, wraps, capes, belts or flip-flops.
 
With over 18 years of working with brides, we have found the best way to handle returns is to avoid a return in the first place! We would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have about our accessories before you place your order so you can be assured you are choosing the best accessories for your wedding day.  Brides often email us pictures of their gown for our assistance in selecting the most complementary accessories to complete their ensemble. Please send your pictures to malinda@affordableelegancebridal.com and we'll be happy to assist you. We also have free tulle swatch samples for many of our veils to help you see which of our veil colors will best match your bridal gown. Just contact us for swatches.

Changes to Order

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed in order to deliver it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made to your order once it is placed.

 

Re-Delivery

If an order delivery is refused or returned to us for lack of signature, the return package can take up to 2 months to reach us through the USPS. We will contact you for re-shipment as soon as it is received. An additional re-shipping charge will be required for re-shipping it to you. It will not be considered a return and will not be refunded. 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address on the order, we will contact you asap for re-delivery. A re-shipping fee may be assessed.

Product Availability

Affordable Elegance Bridal works closely with our designers to only advertise products that are readily available  and we apologize if a product is unexpectedly back ordered, out of stock, or discontinued by the time you place your order.

If a popular item is out of stock when you order it, Affordable Elegance Bridal will notify you by e-mail ASAP and will let you know when the item will be available. 

 

Errors

Affordable Elegance Bridal can not honor typographical errors in price. If we find that there is an error, we will contact the customer prior to processing the order.
